Terms of Sales
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “CGV”) govern sales made
via the website “www.art-du-papier.fr”. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, it being specified that, unless proven otherwise,
the data recorded by Art du Papier direct constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by the customer.
ARTICLE 1: ORDER
To order items via our website https://www.art-du-papier.fr,
All you have to do is make your choice in our store.
Once you have made your choice, you will confirm your order and your method of payment and you will accept these General Terms and Conditions.
You will then receive an email confirming your order including an order number.
ARTICLE 2: PRICE
2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Processing and shipping costs are shown extra.
2.2 Art du Papier direct reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force on the day of the order.
2.3 Until full payment of the price, the products remain the property of Art du Papier direct
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
- by credit card, Visa, MasterCard. Our website is subject to a security system, the SSL encryption process.

ARTICLE 4: AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last.
In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or post,
your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if you made your payment by credit card.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated when registering or, where applicable, when ordering.
The maximum delivery time for your order is 15 working days.
The average delivery time for an order is 48 hours, the usual average time excluding delays not due to Art du Papier direct
For deliveries in Metropolitan France, deliveries are made via colissimo with tracking, shipping costs are 6.95 euros for an order less than 45 euros. For an order worth more than 45 euros, shipping costs will be offered by colissimo access without signature.
For deliveries abroad, deliveries are made via colissimo expert international, the related shipping costs will be indicated to you when placing the order.
Art du Papier direct cannot be held responsible for a delivery fault when the address indicated by the customer is incorrect.
In the event of a shipping delay, you will have the option to cancel your order.
ARTICLE 6: COMPLAINT
For consumers within the meaning of French law, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) clear days to notify us that you wish to return your order if it does not suit you. The period starts from receipt of the product.
Returns must be made to Art du Papier direct, 4 route de Longjumeau, Batiment 01 91380 Chilly Mazarin, in their original packaging, in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are neither returned nor exchanged.
Reimbursement will be made by bank check or by credit to your bank account with the payment method used when placing your order.
For orders for announcements, cards and printed or personalized items, under article L.121 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised taking into account the personalization and the completion of orders in functions of specifications specific to each customer.
The colors and textures displayed on our website are not contractual, each screen reproduces according to the settings applied to it and not necessarily according to the calibration of the printers. Our website cannot be held responsible if your personalization order has a marginal difference in print color, paper color or texture.
ARTICLE 6 bis: RETURN
If you wish to return your package, here is the procedure to follow.
1. Report your return request.
Go to the Contact Us page.
Select the Return Code object and write your message specifying your order number, reference, quantity and the reason for your return request. To facilitate tracking and processing of returns, we will send you a return code that you can indicate on your return package.
2. Return your package
When you obtain your return code, please return the contents of your order to us in their original packaging
in clean packaging and by tracked colissimo. To facilitate the processing of your return, please indicate your “Return” number on your package. Once your package has been shipped, please communicate your package number by email. Return costs remain your responsibility.
3. Reason for refusing packages
- The returned package is damaged
4. Preparation error
Upon receipt of your return code request, we will send you a Colissimo package, allowing you to return your package free of charge. Upon receipt of the return, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
ARTICLE 7: PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information and data concerning you are necessary to manage your order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, delete and rectify personal data concerning you by contacting service-client@artdupapier.com
ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
